Acne is characterized by oily skin and several types of buttons often associated. We distinguish rétentionnelles lesions (open comedo or blackhead and closed comedo or microcyst), inflammatory lesions (papules or red button, pustule or white head and large painful red bumps or nodules), cysts and scars or marks that can be temporary or permanent. The disease usually begins in adolescence and ends mostly before the age of 25 years.
What causes acne?

Acne is often familial and is associated with oily skin, it begins with obstruction of the orifice of hair and sebaceous gland. A horny plug blocks the opening of the hair, then it produces a microcomedo microcyst. The bacteria that proliferate in the follicle (Propionibacterium acnes) release substances that cause inflammation and lead microcyst a red button and a white head.

What Is A scar "Abnormal"?
A scar is the result of a traumatic act affecting the depth of the skin. Some are pathological scars include among these depressed scars (scars of acne , for example) and raised scars (hypertrophic scars or keloids)
Depressed scars: scars low birth weight, the most common are the scars of acne
Different types of scars from acne
Acne scars are usually the result of severe acne. They can take many different forms, the most common are:
-    Acne scars "crater": large and round with a depression simulating a flat crater floor
-    Acne scars "ice pick", small and often deeper than the crater acne scars, they give the impression that the skin was pricked by a sharp instrument
It is important to know that the red acne scars red-purple without relief generally disappear a year or two. They are due to an influx of blood vessels in the skin during inflammation associated with acne pimples, and these vessels are often slow to disappear. If they persist, do not hesitate to consult though.
Treatment of Acne Scars
You should know before considering any treatment of acne scars that acne must be off before the start of the treatment of acne scars (that is to say that we should have more buttons acne) and that treatment with isotretinoin or Vitamin A Acid   ( Contracne ®, Curacné ®, Procut ®, Roaccutane ®) must be completed for at least 6 months-1 year.
Moreover, as any treatment to correct the skin, the treatment of acne scars is usually done in winter, away from the sun, to reduce the risk of white or brown marks.
The treatment of acne scars is usually done in several stages:
An operating time, of raising the scar (acne scars "crater"), to remove or may apply trichloroacetic acid with a picnic wood (small puncture in acne scars "ice pick" ) ...
And abrasion of the skin in an attempt to "standardize" the surface of the skin. This second treatment of acne scars is usually achieved through care used in the treatment of wrinkles, such as peeling , laser ablation or dermabrasion or microdermabrasion.
Lasers could be most effective in the treatment of acne scars, these are the fractional lasers,rRaised scars: hypertrophic and keloid scars, frequently on the trunk.  Hypertrophic scars or keloids are usually treated with various treatments combined: cryotherapy (freezing with liquid nitrogen) , pressure therapy (using compression bandages) and applications on the scar of cortisone creams or injections into the scar product with cortisone, or laser treatments
